Delivery time

Delivery time within Saudi Arabia ranges from 5 to 13 working days, and may reach 18 working days in some rare cases depending on the city or the pressure of shipping companies.

During busy seasons or special offers, delivery times may increase slightly.

Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number is sent to the customer via messages or email to track the shipment.

Responsibility
